Born in 1967. Upon graduating from college in 1992, he got into TV as an assistant director, working for various TV drama series. He made his directorial in 1996 with a late night drama series Tokyo 23-ku no Onna, or Women at 23 boroughs in Tokyo. Ever since, he has directed a number of two-hour dramas and drama series. With the short film RED LINE, which was officially selected to be screened at the Yubari International Film Festival 2005, he not only directed but also shot the film himself. He constantly challenges himself at different fronts to further expand his field of work. Fuckin’ Runaway marks his first feature film to direct.

Story
Hana, 21-year old, is sent to a mental hospital for attempting a suicide. She suffers from hearing a deep male voice in her head almost everyday that goes, “Twenty yards of linen are worth one coat...” She gradually regains her peace of mind by traveling across Kyushu dragging with her Nagoyan, a guy from Nagoya who is suffering from depression and has a strong inferiority complex toward Tokyo. They take on their journey on Nagoyan’s old faithful car, Luce.
