One of Abe’s major works, Miyoko Asagaya Kibun, inspired by Miyoko and featured in the comic magazine “GARO”, describes this most beautiful time for them in their youth. Abe’s world sensibly renders the mood of young people at that time. However, with the method of creation based on his own life, he comes up against a blank wall.
